The Welcome Reception takes place on “Event Ship Walter” (Speicherstraße 90) in Dortmund’s canal habor. Directions and maps can be found in the detailed program booklet that can be downloaded from the conference’s web page. Also see https://herr-walter.de/ for images of the location.
At the entrance it is verified that you are eligible to enter the location (they have a name list). On approval you get a red bracelet indicating that you have free access to drinks and food.

The Conference Dinner takes place in the restaurant “Rosenterrassen” (Strobelallee 41) next to the BVB stadion. Directions and maps can be found in the detailed program booklet that can be downloaded from the conference’s web page.
You need not pay for drinks and food. Please bring your name badge with you.
